Terms and Conditions of Service


Standards

We are happy to be flexible. We will accept orders up to 24 hours before the event, in case you got stuck in a tight spot.

In some cases, due to the lateness of your booking, some of the items may not be available as they need to be freshly sourced and prepared. All the food we supply is prepared freshly and specially for the event. We do not produce food on a large scale. That means we do not hold food in freezers for weeks on end, just in case...

We normally require five working days notice if you are planning to cater for a large number of people or if you would like a large number of items of the menu. We use Halal meat as standard. The meat used conforms to the standards of the H.F.A. All our meat is British reared and slaughtered thereby reducing a carbon footprint of the meat as well as cutting out the stress that the animals go through as much as it is possible.

Payments

We accept BACS and cheques. Invoices should be paid within 28 days of the DATE OF THE INVOICE. If the invoice is still unpaid after that date, we reserve the right to apply administration fee. New customers will be required to pay before the event for the first time of booking.

Cencellations

Cancellations over 24 hours prior to the event are accepted without any charge.

Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to the event are accepted but a fee of 30% of the total will be charged to cover costs.
